    So what does this mean? That if there is a freeze on production that the demand will outstrip production reserves quickly.
    Are we looking at the Saudis having their production limited due to war?
    Are we going to see the oil price spike due to ME tensions and instability?
    Are we going to see the exploration fever accelerate if the Saudis are in trouble?
