Chart has short term potential, page-292

I do too. 20m+ shares were traded last few weeks with a VWAP of 45c. Very small amount of covering.

So who is right? The shorters or the buyers of these shares?? Time will tell. I don't know. What I do know is the price of oil is trending upwards and too many factors show that the price has bottomed and the demand is exploding. Also, the E&D side of things really has only one way forward after such inactivity. I'm with Suzan on all this but appreciate the cautiousness.
