this was funded by cheap cash .......

this created an "opportunity" ......

the opportunity was most certainly taken advantage of !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now is the close-out .....and asset strip phase .......

this will take a bit more time......

After this - OPEC will once again be the worlds swing producer .........and become more important .......
