from a TA perspective were retesting the major breakout line of a couple of months ago..at 019c- 02c..this was a major break well above 12 month highs...if this holds and we see another move upwards I believe it will re rate to around .04c in a very short time..Stochastic indicator is suggesting a move up pretty soon..
