If you take into account the value of lounge lizard and MUX then The market is attributing nothing to the rest of the assets held by Kagara, i for one do not believe that the current tenements including Admiral bay and producing mines and infrastructure are worth nothing. current market cap is not reflecting MUX or Lounge Lizard or much else.
