SHL has closed above four swing point highs on the weekly time frame. If it follows through this week it will be attempting to retest the next swing point high $22.99.
It has also broken above the top Bollinger Band on the weekly time frame. This breakout has occurred from a period of low bandwidth. Although not guaranteed, strong moves can often occur with breakouts from periods of low bandwidth.
Risk: It could fail to follow through and fall back into the trading range it is has just broken from.
