This is a just a block trade within the same broker. You often see them at the end of the day. It could just be a fund disposing of shares off-market. I have read that super funds for example often do block trades in 'dark pools'. No big deal really and I don't think it is a precursor to anything for the rest of the week.
I don't see the share price breaking down from here without some sort of announcement from the company indicating further production issues.
