sales at .1c.. that is as low as they can go - so that is about zero. watso had a quick look at the presentation, and this company is carrying billions in debt. guess, that if the toll fees can cover the interest, then there could be massive returns to shareholders - but if not, then it could fold. the infrastructure will remain in place
