CHP wanted to use CMY to backdoor one of their other investments but that got blocked.
Fixed the shareholder issues & loans with RFN. Got out of VAMP and stuck with RFN.
My view is they are going to try and use RNL to backdoor something else. Makes sense to combine the original Reffind product with Rision's HR Tech stack.
RNL product is nothing in the market. Close it down. Backdoor another blockchain startup
