Looks like sharesholders are getting sick of the wait for the mining permit and are slowly leaving causing the share price to drift slowly lower. Wont be long and the 3's will be touched again. This small wait is insignificant in the scheme of things as tons chances of going mining and selling graphite in the next few years are slim. So much to do after the mining permit is giving, its not funny. Remember it is africa and africa are slow in everything that gets done, hence why you have soverign risk in africa
