Mr Marcus Flis has been appointed to the position of Managing
director from his former handle as chief executive officer.
Marcus was employed for his Iron ore background but Roy's
focus now is Uranium.
Non -Executive Director Rick Crabb has resigned from the
board due to increasing commitments as chairman of
Paladin Energy Pty
