    HGO: InterMet Takeover Offer Unconditional

    Hillgrove has 37.37% voting power in InterMet.

    Doesnt seem like HGO is gonna get 100% by the end of this month. Which i "think" the deadline is. Correct me if im wrong.
    Any opinions welcome.
