I also know someone who works there and was told that Primary wants the Medical centres, NSW pathology and some bolt on businesses to the medical centres. HSP want Vic pathology, probably Qld pathology and most likely the imaging business. The pharmacy consumer business will go to the highest private equity bidder or possibly Sigma.
