FactorX: If you are that disillusioned then cash in your shareholding. You are a great poster on NSP but you are unnecessarily beating yourself up about things. I would much prefer that cash is returned to directors at 12% - after we sell off more of PrIME and Spermsep - than try and raise say 7 million at anywhere from 4-7 cents per share. The dilutionary effect of that would be destabilising. Manusu and Goodall are on the right track - they are putting plenty of their own coin into the company.
