The word on the street is that ASIC's heavy boots were responsible for PPN getting a proper registered office where you don't have to enter via the Daily Planet brothel.

The new office is at Bryant & Bryant, accountants, in Lonsdale St Melbourne and they are also PPN's new accountants. B&B have a bloke called Winston who looks after PPN.

Despite PPN changing its registered address on 19 March 2014, there is still no ASX announcement as at 26 May 2014.

This isn't good enough for what is still supposed to be a listed public company.
