Should you need directions to PPN's new registered office at Bryant & Bryant, Chartered Accountants, Level 2, 530 Lonsdale Street Melbourne, it is right next to the Melbourne Magistrates Court, just left of the driveway to the police cells & carpark.
At last ASIC seems to have taken action to force PPN to move its registered office from 13 Horne St Elsternwick which is next to, and connected internally to, the Daily Planet brothel. Not very satisfactory.
Shareholders will remember that PPN once held 13 Horne St Elsternwick as security for Trimble's debt, currently approaching $3 million. Two former directors signed away this security for reasons they might like to explain to a Judge at a 'shareholder oppression' trial.
Also, good luck to them trying to explain to a Judge why interest is calculated only on the original 2003 debt amount and not on the accumulated interest as specified in the 2003 Loan Facility Agreement.
