Now one really has to ask oneself what does prevailing market conditions mean?
To me it means market(meaning overall market) conditions, so that simply means the general market outlook, umm which at present is very good.
However, becaz of this dilutionary,low based convertable note(gee 5 million bucks is a lot of stock KP at .001 or .002 if you dont realise) the "prevailing market conditions" for PAX is looking grim to say the least.
That coupled with the where the heck is this "imminent"(over 1 year now) PPA signing saga, has placed PAX in a situation that even the most visionary shareholder can only see a black tunnel.
KP please place a light at the end of the tunnel for us.Gee its not as though we dont deserve it, waiting ever patiently for the imminent signing
