Borris… re your statement that was in reply to me. (The implication was that I said the funds that they are trustees of bought the shares)
To quote you - “2. The owner of the shares purchased is Furneaux Equity Limited and not one of the two funds - the two funds operate in their own right and Furneaux Equity Limited is a Trustee of the two funds as well as operating in its own right:”
The 2 references I made are to the co’s investment port folio. To quote me from 2 posts, I did not say anything about their funds and yet I apologised to you.
Q1 - “Point is with the shares is that he did not buy them, a co that he probably has the majority holding in did and they would have more than likely been bought in the co's port folio”
Q2 - “Hey ozzy.. the important thing is that these shares were bought by Furneaux Equity Limited, a public company and probably bought with in their investment portfolio with investors money, like I asked B.. did Kellett really use his own money as borris and odyy.. have stated?”
THE IMPORTANT BIT –
Also if you read all the original posts on this thread initially WE ALL thought that Kellett paid for the shares directly or at least that’s the way I read the posts, so you were not on your own! Only difference is that some then read it a bit closer and asked questionS.
