- As JK is a director of Furneaux Equity and would therefore have a say in the purchasing decisions this meets the indirect interest rule for notifying the ASX.
- This definitely does not mean that JK paid for the shares himself. The fact that Furneaux is an investment company that specialises in alternative financing and speculative investments on behalf of investors, I would say it is actually VERY unlikely JK paid anything. The most likely scenario to me is that this purchase came out of Furneaux's investment capital. Saying that he probably paid for the shares himself is a dangerous assumption Borris and to me the most misleading post on this thread.
