What Kosenar says here makes perfect sense to me. No doubt we have all invested because we see the potential in the products and IP, but to provide growth and a return on that potential for ALL shareholders (including the directors who are said to have invested heavily) requires transparency and best practise corporate governance. If I was a Director of this company I would be very concerned at what has been alleged in earlier posts and would be seeking ways to demonstrate to the market that the Board is fair dinkum about recruiting best fit directors for the next phase of development as well as to clearly dispel the allegations of cronyism. This should not be read as a vote of no confidence in the existing board and management. Hopefully what occurred at the last AGM is a sign of growing pains and an indication that the company has started to move towards corporate maturity from its entrepreneurial start up phase. BTW I for one enjoy Ragingboom's glass half full brand of optimism and have even researched and bought some KAB as a result of it (no custom number plates for this little black duck however) Finally I agree with Kosenar that it would be good if there were more NSP investors using this forum. Must confess that I'm not sure how to encourage this. I do own a Hot Copper polo shirt as a way of starting conversations. Kind regards,
