I think it is highly likely that the litigation funder may have requested this change. Piper Alderman are a much larger firm than AH and have considerable expertise in dispute resolution. It is my guess that this appointment will help to accelerate matters. I see it as a positive but don't expect the share price to do anything in the short term. Interesting to see MMX appearing to be on a slippery slope even after the POSCO of Korea "top up".
