A quick comment re:IND.
If you delve into the past with the Cree and their dealings you will find that they are very slow to make a deal.
It took them about 2 years from memory to come to an agreement with the mob that explored for gas on these very grounds. Recently I spoke with a few young blokes from this district and they mentioned that during the summer (now) you can’t access the area as heavy equipment would sink through the thawed peat, you have to be active in the winter. Fine by me.
I can accept all this and wait for a bit of action but I don’t understand the lack of “marketing the company”. If I was in charge of this I would be on BRB radio spruiking the future and why buy IND!

The price of oil hasn’t helped…the dynamics of the company have shifted and I can see why further negotiations would be needed.

Nevertheless..we own this and we should be more informed. When this 34 year old manager is a 64 year old he will look back and think to himself “I was wrong”. Cheers P
