I don't know if its Duck season or Rabbit season but you're right on target! The other point is when Chandler first approached EWC he wanted a 25% stake , which makes the current level very attractive to him given that he was buying the stock in the 80c zone. His current holding was 21.28% another 3.72%= 63.24 million shares if he wants to go there. It should also be noted that the creep rule refreshes its level of acquired shares every 6 months.
