Another option I considered is it is AGL's first offer, but they're not overly keen buyers and just made an offer that suits them. If the price is higher they'll walk and take an alternative approach.
For whatever reason, MOS still consider it the most appealing at this time though. Honestly, I thought they'd value it a little higher.
