one more hurdle overcome. hopefully sale should be unconditional shortly.
the USD/AUD has moved significantly in our favour since the deal was executed which should result in a better return to shareholders if the sale settles.
anyone know why only $37mil USD is being paid to sahreholders? $3mil on a $40 mil transaction seems a little steep for transaction costs..
