Now that the company prospects are looking rather unexciting, it's hard to justify holding this stock as a fund manager when you can put the cash to work elsewhere. Also there's the risk the deal could fall apart. If the deal does go through, those buying now at 15c are essentially getting a free punt once the capital return is done.
