Unfortunately comments made by a Company about future guidance are always ( or should be if they have a decent lawyer) cloaked in terms that have no weight in a court of law. They are always as upbeat as they possibly can be without being fraudulent. Politicians and their promises before an election are a good example of the behavior that Companies with shareholders exhibit about future guidance, not to be trusted. I can understand your frustration,I am there too,but having had shares in a couple of companies in a similar position to Saferoads, you are impotent to do anything unless they have breached the law.I don't think they have breached the law, but then I am not a lawyer, and frankly the amount of money i have in this stock it is not worth the cost for a specialist lawyer's advice with letters back and forth to the Company. Personally,i am just going to sit still and wait, but that suits my circumstances. If they are around at next annual meeting i will voice my frustration and i am sure i will not be alone, they have been given enough time to get their house in order .
