It appears to me that our Chairman is too expensive at $1,250,00 pa for a company struggling to make a profit. If the Chairman has the best interests of the company at heart he needs to identify and employ a promising less expensive Chairman and mentor him/her.
Was thinking of buying more shares until I spotted his salary in the Annual report.
