The “moratorium will be dropped”. That’s the same as me asserting the ban on Duncan will be lifted or Danehill will start saying nicer things about me instead of throwing his or her toys out of the pram! Who knows? But I don’t think they would go to all the bother (it is now being advertised for comment if you want to make a submission) only to lift it a few months later. You should just accept RTG is a looooooooooong shot and work on your golf game.
