    if BCL is really ABG........why do ABG care about BCL.......in any negotiation they can throw BCL under a bus for a stake in a new venture. why bother with the stinking carcass of BCL if that is the price of peace.....better to liquidate BCL and take the cash and move onto a new deal.

    I think that will be the outcome
