Just going by the title of this thread...MrBiotech I will partially agree with you this time round.
But does he need to go now?
No...probably not, as I believe he can get deals with big pharmas signed.
However further down the line, when our company & our pipeline is more mature (perhaps 3 years from now) then & only then would I pose the question of whether Paul Hopper is the right man for the job.
