Need someone with a blocking stake or CompuGroup might have...

Need someone with a blocking stake or CompuGroup might have taken them over for not much more than they offered for iSoft... actually, on an EV basis, might have been lower cost to them?

Though I'd rather rely on an independent shareholder with the blocking stake. Management are more likely to be persuaded into entering a merger scheme which enables them to pursue their company expansion/career growth objectives. Not sure how much we could rely on AEP in this regard either for now.
