I agree to an extent siamese, but isn't it pointless only to have 20%? I mean a bun-fight between the two boards will only detract from both companies. I believe if KCN had of offered 10% more in paper for AND they would have got it all and all would be done.
All they can do now is make another offer at the same price or take the company through creep (which would be expensive and take a long time). The current 20% doesn't get them anywhere.
This is a very poor result for both companies in my opinion. A proxy battle looms at the next AND meeting.
