kcn are winning the battle... With over 20% if KCN extends their "final offer" we will expect more AND shareholders to accept.

KCN look to be well on the way to effectively either:

1. Controlling AND
or
2. Deciding who takes over the company.

If KCN decides to pull their bid tonight with around 20% or so then it will be the current AND shareholders who should get a nice spiritual experience tomorrow.

Now also imagine if word got out that KCN was trying to flog its AND holding. What would that do the AND share price?

Take it to a level where KCN could have a change of heart and make another bid for AND??
