There are huge problems with our financial advisory legislation. One key problem is that without a licence we are not actually allowed to tell each other anything because if we do we could be (potentially) sued for providing poor advice. The legislation is worst than rubbish .... it's complete crap but it is as it is. That us why my posts always flag giving the ATO advice line a ring.
