    Always a good sign when one requires employment of a PA/EA as opposed to the front of house receptionist to manage CEO/shareholder contacts.

    There appears to be a definite positive increase in activity (employment appointment + media articles + tech investment seminars) taking place for Consegna/Rhinomed in the lead up to the release of turbine next month.

    RHINOMED is an Australian listed medical technology company with a young, agile and entrepreneurial team of people. They are launching their exciting range of products and services to the market in November 2013 and will continue to roll out new technology into new markets in 2014 and beyond.

    The first product is truly revolutionary - The Turbine - that has been designed for the sport and exercise market. The Turbine is a nasal product that delivers 38% more air through your nose, which will allow you to make sure every breath counts. Following the launch into the sport market, the company will be bringing products to market in the Sleep (Snoring and Sleep Apnea) Wellbeing (weight management and non aerobic activities) and Drug Delivery.

    Due to the rapid growth of the company, Rhinomed needs an experienced, commercial Executive Assistant and office manager to primarily support the Chief Executive Officer and proactively manage the office environment based in the Melbourne CBD.

    The primary responsibilities of the role will be as follows:
    • Full diary management - including travel and meeting organisation
    • Phone management - managing direct approaches to the CEO
    • Inbox proactive management
    • Preparation and briefing the CEO on meetings and actions for completion
    • Office management - meeting coordination, office supply ordering
    • Liaising with the board and management team to ensure clear communication
    • Reporting Sales Data to CEO, Chief Marketing Officer & Rhinomed Team Weekly

    As Rhinomed continues to expand the responsibilities of this role will continue to expand but your superior organisational skills will ensure that this is not to the detriment of your main focus on the CEO and working closely with the management team.

    With a flat structure and sociable environment, they are looking for a professional, approachable and disciplined individual, not a traditional gatekeeper. The CEO is generous with his time and generally in demand, but needs someone who can proactively and commercially allocate his time as well as being able to liaise seamlessly with shareholders and customers alike.

    To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your solid experience as a professional Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive.
