Just to be clear.
DGR is a sharehilder in Solg- they own like 14% of Solg.
Solg and cgp have a JV company on the cascabel project where solg own 85% and CGP own like 15%.
If someone wants to control the cascabel property they could start be taking out cgp, or if Solg wants 100% control they could take over cgp.
Dgr are purely a shareholder in SOLG
