Here is another extract from the annual report,  can you explain to me why in an annual report you would list the same shares for two directors making it look like they hold 24.02% of shares when in fact you seem to be saying they only actually hold 6.05% of the shares each!! 
In my opinion Either way it's a really bad look and gives the impression that Pnina and Sholom Feldman hold 24.01% with large voting power.

Also it' odd that the annual report also shows in 2016 Pnina and Sholom both held 129,065,208 shares Each
