Directors interests in shares is something every single company (literally thousands) reports on. The reporting is based on any type of direct or indirect interest.
Please stop crying wolf when you don't understand something and research it first. As much as it's an open forum, it's not an education platform and you should at least understand the basics before eluding to a big conspiracy.
I haven't looked it up as yet but I would imagine that VAC is probably owned by L'Hayyim - so same underlying shareholders too (therefore the interests in the two are consolidated).
