Thanks for the reply. But you are still jumping on incorrect assumptions.
You have also twisted my post with your comment "you seem to be saying they only actually hold 6.05% of the shares each!!"

I think it is very clear from my earlier post that this table shows DIRECTOR INTERESTS ONLY (sorry for the Capitals, just trying to help distinguish the difference, not shouting).

The 2016 holdings, aside from the fact that this is 3years old!! shows holdings held by Volcan & L'Hayyim (note 1 & 2).
As is the case with reporting requirements, there is a requirement to show when interests/positions change at director level.
The third column show how many interests (Shares owned by Volcan) the directors acquired. (it was 64,532,604)
HINT: the clue is in the column heading "Acquired" 

As I mentioned, this is 3 years ago and is a non-issue.
