Understood CTN can't change resolutions in NOM for Tues, cannot be varied once issued eg if it was to try to make Resolutions 3 to 8 subject to CGA getting "proper" approval for "sale of IMA to NAOS". Needs a new EGM.

Which surely cannot be started now, but has to wait until after CGA EGM held AND Only if new resolution passed at that CGA meeting.

New notice of a CTN EGM would then be issued with necessary notice period , with full copies of both IMA's in the materials issued, and a comparison by the Board. If not passed, appointments of NAOS Directors, change of name, and resolutions re IMA's become absolutely redundant. Presumably in the 2 month interim , NAOS should be instructed by CTN Board to cease Changing portfolio to the new IMA , as it is / was only a "maybe" until IMA changes are authorised. They have already jumped the gun. Presumably at their own risk, or of Directors personally if they authorised the breach?
