The facts are that this IMA was never CGA's to sell. The Directors of CTN had no right to waive their rights to say "go away"
There should be consideration of these matters next Tuesday. And until the air is cleared. And NAOS should cease all transactions on the CTN portfolio, and stop pretending they have the right to run CTN
