I can't see how not. I also expect CGA to go into a trading halt until their vote, which they will be working very hard to get lawyers and directors to sign off and put out in time for a meeting before Christmas.

This is realistically looking to be a January 2018 thing. Really, if NAOS are liquidating the portfolio, then CTN also should go into TH, and shareholders are given the opportunity to exit at NTA via open buy back. There are simply too many moving parts now, how much has the CTN portfolio been sold down, what if the agreement isn't given, what if the No vote gets up, conflicts and so on

Quite simply, how could they not have seen this coming? It wasn't CGAs to sell, there is no way on earth NAOS would have been in consideration if they didn't own 15% of CGA, and CTN walking away from the board handing it over to NAOS directors, who have their own reasons to need the vote to get up.

I've said before I don't mind if this is what CTN ends up being and NAOS end up being the manager. I personally don't want it, and want to get out at NTA and reinvest in another Microcap LIC. If shareholders have this information and are able to make an informed decision, properly, transparently and in the open, then so be it
