wouldn't even care if there was one, it will only be for working cap purposes as they have already secured the $2.2m loan funding for the expansion into phase 1. they have made it pretty clear all expansion funding will be through non-dilutive methods i.e. loans.
don't think a cap raise is much of a dampener once they announce details around the first navy shipment in a few weeks
