Yes the Chinese were there working on modifications on the plant last I know and tony was in China ...
My take is it's not as easy as many of you thought at first place but at the same time having a plant /infrastructure/trucks etc etc and the cobalt price @ 75000 per tone as today's price cfe is very undervalued and I hope it goes and fills that gap at 1.9c ...nothing more nothing less .
