TS stated pretty clearly in the interview posted here that there was extreme interest and that an offtake agreement would be signed when they know the results of the PFS (12 weeks ago on Tuesday) and the prodiction costs and timeline is known.
But yes. It is silly to to mistake thinking that TS would deliver.
