@mistyrains Yes I think I'll start of using IRESS Investor as well. I think they charge $55/month for Trader and there's a live data fee as well. My understanding is that with IRESS Investor you get a live data update on request, rather than live streaming data. Is this correct?
One thing I did notice is that in IRESS Viewpoint they have made the Ichimoku Cloud indicator available in the charting functionality. But as you have already said, if you do all of your analysis using Metastock and EOD data, then all you need in the web platform is order management functionality.
I used Commsec IRESS for a month but wasn't all that impressed with it. It was nice to have access to the live order book and to continually updated portfolio value, but that is something I'm quite happy to do without.
