We worked hard producing documentation and constructing facilities but rarely would information get released to the public. Occasionally there would be a significant milestone acheived such as the First ore ship loading was announced. The team working on the project were updated regularly via meetings etc. but the public were fairly well in the dark. Only when Major items such as shelving outer harbour or shelving olympic damn make the "news" and ASX.

I remember once FMG put out an ASX announcement that they had reached their goal of first ore ship loading by date X. So shareholders were like AWESOME. In fact the train hauled ore from the mine to within 10km of the port. The ore was then taken to the ship loader stockpiles by truck. FMG achieved what they said they would but it was all smoke in mirrors as the full system wasn't operation for some weeks later.

CCE have sort of done this with CETO5 - we know that they did 14000 hrs of operation and thats it. The rest of information such a power produced etc has been kept under wraps and to my mind, you would only do that if it didn't meet expectations. They did say that pipe loses were higher than anticipated. when Ceto5 was implements we had a lot of information posted to HC via "spies" who saw the buoys etc. some stuff was also released by CWE at the time but not at the rate people expected.

Since then they've announced wins and project starts and kept things fairly quiet which in a way is how projects should be run. CCE has an obligation to the client on a project so depending on whats clients plans are for updates CCE would have to oblige. Most info we know on murchison etc is via CSIRO etc. or ABC following the news. The CCE obligations to shareholders are secondary in a way. We don't need to know about day to day details we just need to know whats share price is doing etc. Obviously some comment on share price etc might be nice. Maybe some sort of news on various things (like Mauritius) might help SP but I don't think anything will happen until se see ceto6 buoys or updated info on ceto6.

I would really like something to happen. otherwise we'll be at 2.8c again but then perhaps thats an opportunity to buy.

What I don’t expect is daily reports, the extreme but just to make point.
What I do expect is SH’s be kept informed a bit more on Projects and their development. It’s not like we are watching one project. We have multiple activities ongoing that could be covered more frequently.
Or one could say no news is good news !!
Me being anxious is also the more probable situation
