Massive difference indeed. The first approval was only for the T315i mutation, which was estimated at no more than 500 in the US. The new NDA will target a larger population (ALL whom have failed 2 or more TKIs), with a population most certainly in the 1000's and growing. In conclusion, the 70cent offer is a joke, but it does put Greg into the millionare category.
