More bad news to come. The new management will identify multiple problems, and blame them on departing CEO. It is a standard procedure.
Don't you really think that a profit downgrade is serious enough to get ride of a CEO?
Better to wait for a while to let all bad news out. Or you can gamble blue sky from now on.
Long term it is a good company to hold. Short term, too much risk.
